Yes! This course can help anyone who is struggling in their life as a parent, needing help with the mental hurdles involved in knowing you’re not mucking it all up. My audience is almost entirely made up of mums, but dads are welcome to take the course.
Absolutely. The course will build on some of the information in the postnatal course in particular, but it’s designed for your life as a parent in the months and years beyond babyhood. You don’t need to have done one of the other courses, though.
The course is self-paced, so it can take as long as you need. You’ll be able to watch the videos and use the extra resources as and when you have time. The whole point is to make parenting your way, within your life, work for you. There’s no rush to the finish line, and you’ll have access for as long as the course stays online.
