Snacks + Support!
Mums need more of both!
This is a private, online community for mums who are tired of perfect parenting advice and just want real talk, laughs + with great snacks
You don’t want someone to try and sell you...
The secrets to baby sleep / the cure for terrible twos / the dummies guide to starting nursery / a pdf on playground politics / self-care advice for perimenopause.
Cos you know yourself that there are no one-size-fits-all solutions, and you’ll have to figure these things out as you go along
But what you do need, whilst you’re doing this,
is more support + snacks to keep you going
It's about being seen & heard
It's about being understood
Without judgement
Without fear
Without agenda
Saying exactly what’s on your mind
Saying how you feel
Saying it out loud
NO BS
NO sugar coating
Finding your people
Finding your vibe
Finding your parenting tribe
and enjoying great snacks
along the way!
Strictly NO trolls, NO judgy mums and NO ads
Have you been looking for your village since you became a parent?
Do you ever feel like you just want to talk to someone about the sh*t you’re going through right now?
You just want someone to listen to you and to acknowledge how you’re feeling?
You don’t need them to provide a solution, because maybe there isn’t one right now.
You want to find someone who doesn’t judge and who says “me too” or “that’s sh*t!”
I joined because I liked Becca's no bullsh*t content and wanted more!
I have had some great support through some tough mental health times. It’s a safe space to admit that, sometimes, you just don't want to parent.
We talk about anything and everything! Work life balance, mental health, women's post pregnancy health, favourite slow cooker recipes, best middle of the night podcasts. I have met people who I hope will be lifelong friends.
Sophie
I’ve been talking about the real side of parenting since 2011 – this is the community I wish I’d had back then…
Doors to Snacks + Support Community close on Nov 23rd
So make sure you are in before then!
After that, no new members will be admitted.
The initial membership is for 3 months.
Numbers are limited so everyone feels seen.
FIRST 50 MEMBERS GET 3 MONTHS FOR £20 (instead of £24)

Maybe you need to rant about your partner?
Or offload about your inlaws!
Or friends who just don’t get it?
Or maybe you even want to have a little boast.
A humble brag about how well your LO is doing.
Or share a parenting win.
But it feel awks to do that with your old mates.
Know what I mean?
This is a community for you to share ALL of this plus more!
I joined Snacks + Support because I felt isolated navigating a world with my neurodivergent daughter on very little sleep.
I hoped to find a handful of people that I could message now and then to feel less alone. I didn't find that: I found my village.
Heidi
Joining S+S is the best decision that I have made for my mental health as a mother.
I've found a brilliant group of mums who I can ask unbiased advice about anything from how to get a stain out of the carpet to how to stop my three year old getting up at 4.30am.
I found my tribe!
No one is pretending it’s all perfect and I really appreciate that.

I'm Becca
Mum of 2
est. 2011
who’s been telling it how it is and shining a light on all the parenting taboos ever since...
In that time, I’ve seen off
🍼
2 failed breastfeeding journeys
😢
Postnatal depression
😞
Loneliness
😡
Maternal Rage
😵💫
Loss of identity
🙈
Imposter syndrome
And a lot more...
And I’ve come out the other side, stronger than I was before
Armed with the knowledge that everything is better with some support and good snacks!
I set up this group because it is exactly what I needed when I was going through all the things and I know how helpful this is going to be for you.
I joined because I was lonely and now I 've I found my tribe.
These are people I can tell my darkest thoughts to, the ones you think people will judge you for, but they don’t, because there isn’t someone else who hasn’t been there or felt that.
We talk about everything! They have been there for me when other people wouldn’t, at 2am, 4.30am, with a screaming baby and on no sleep.
Rita
I joined because I wanted to feel connected to the world again and do a little something for me.
It’s not something I would usually do, but it has been one of the steps on my journey to feeling like a person/human again and not an invisible extension of my kids.
It sounds a little alien to pay for manufactured support and friends….and there is no doubt it is more awkward at the start, but the investment is totally worth it and it feels normalised pretty quickly.

S+S has helped me with the postnatal blues.
I joined on Christmas Day after a row with the family and husband and thinking that I really needed someone to rant to who would understand what a dick my 3 year old was being.
It’s a non judgmental place where everyone agrees that sometimes kids, husbands and mother-in-laws can be absolute d*cks!
Anja
I joined during my second mat leave to find support and camaraderie after moving to a new area and not making friends.
I only meant to join for a few months but 2 years on and I’m firm friends with the absolute best bunch of women I could have asked for.
It's the group I can pour my heart out to on a bad day, admit massive parenting fails, celebrate the big and small wins -It’s been the safest space I could imagine and I absolutely love having this bunch of friends in my pocket.
