I asked our wonderful community if they had some advice for anyone who was struggling with their relationship.
I had an overwhelming number of replies with some suggestions of fantastic sources of support and guidance, so I thought I would collate them all here.
One of the standout comments said this
“Are you safe?
Emotionally, physically and financially?
Because, if not then intervention may feel useless”
It is a great time to remind anyone who is suffering from any kind of abuse, whether that be physical, psychological or financial, that there is help out there for you and you can speak to your GP or Women’s Aid or Refuge
